Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst
Charlottesville, VA/ Iraq
Senior All-Source Analyst working as a member of a government-contractor team supporting the Counter-IED targeting Program (CITP) at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesville, VA. Work closely with the Combined Explosives Exploitation Cell (CEXC) and the FBI's Terrorist Explosives Division Analytical Center (TEDAC). Be prepared to deploy OCONUS as a member of an analytical team or to augment DoD agencies for a period of no longer than 180 days to either Iraq or Afghanistan. Provide analytical support to counter IED operations, indications and warning, threat assessment, and collection management. Produce IED related assessments and target support packages in collaboration conjunction with NGIC analysts involved in the counter insurgency/counter IED mission. Coordinate with CITP action officers in the planning, preparation, coordination, and dissemination phases of scheduled IED related assessments and unscheduled targeting and intelligence survey packages. Provide expert all-source research, analysis, and intelligence production that specifically answer RFI’s. Prepare all source analytical products, Link and nodal diagrams, and Geospatial analytical products. Maintain and update databases. Identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps; evaluate resulting intelligence; determine an analytical approach to projects; and review/validate conclusions relating to the assigned area and issues. Track all tasks, RFIs, and ad hoc products to completion. Provide quality control on all products prior to delivery. Participate in shift change briefings, mid-product reviews and final product delivery. Research, review, evaluate, and integrate all-source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished all-source IED related assessments and target support packages.
Minimum Requirements:
All individuals working under this contract must have active TS/SCI clearances. At least six months of experience related to IED insurgency developing all-source intelligence assessments and/or actionable target packages via all source analysis. Required working knowledge of the national, operational and tactical intelligence infrastructure available to DoD. Must be proficient in using Pathfinder, M3, WeBTAS, Analyst Notebook, Falcon View, JCITP-I, CIDNE, Power Point, Oracle Data Bases, WebTAS and other IC DataBase formats. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the Intelligence field at a tactical or strategic operational level. Proficient in the use of computer tools common to the intelligence community such as Pathfinder, M3, WeBTAS, Analyst Notebook, Falcon View, JCITP-I, CIDNE, Power Point, Oracle Data Bases, WebTAS and other IC DataBase formats.

Senior Systems Administrator

Oracle Database Administrator
Perform Oracle Applications Database Administrator (DBA) duties on the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Geospatial Intelligence Database Integration (GIDI) production systems. As an Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for implementation and maintenance activities for Oracle Applications, utilizing the Oracle Release 9i Business suite, and upgrading to the Oracle 10g Business suite.

Experience working in a small business environment is desirable, but not mandatory. Systems Integrator
Provide life cycle systems integration support for communications elements and segments within NGA. Candidates should be comfortable working with a diverse set of contractors and all grades of customer personnel. This individual will provide lifecycle project management, perform hardware, software, and technology evaluations, solution development, planning to support multiple enterprise networks, user communication requirements analysis, communication architecture design, and end-to-end integration strategies. Additionally this individual will need expertise in TCP/IP networks, Gigabit Ethernet networks, and ATM/Ethernet LAN/WAN technology. Extensive writing required defining requirements and performing analysis to develop LAN/WAN architectures and interfaces, to generate engineering documentation, project plans/schedules, weekly reports, forward plans, engineering design documents, and engineering orders (EOs) to ultimately support the transition into an operational environment. Security Engineer
The candidate will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing information assurance requirements. Tasks will include support for developing derived requirements, technical engineering support by working with product developers to configure security countermeasures, security policy and procedure support and/or development, security systems engineering to ensure compliance with DCID 6/3, and security consulting services. This position will support strategic to tactical security work to include block, increment, and project level activities. Tasks will include technical white papers, briefings, development of certification deliverables to C & A group for SSAA packages, and hands-on technical support as required. TS/SCI is required.
